The Law Offices of F. Bryan Brice, Jr., a client-centered, full-service law firm focusing primarily on environmental law and land use issues, announces the addition of Warren Kuhn to our firm as an associate attorney.  Ms. Kuhn will advise businesses on compliance with State environmental regulations, handle environmental litigation, including defending State and Federal enforcement actions, and assist in toxic tort litigation.  She will also provide representation in personal injury litigation and other matters.

A 2011 graduate of Campbell Law School, Ms. Kuhn was the recipient of the Valera Justice and Stacy Buckner Hall Scholarship.  While at Campbell, she completed the Trial Advocacy Program and served as the Secretary/Treasurer and then the President of the Campbell Law School Environmental Law Association.  While a student, Ms. Kuhn completed externships with the North Carolina Department of Justice’s Environmental Division, where she participated in the State’s response to the Gulf Oil Spill Disaster, and with the Southern Environmental Law Center in Chapel Hill, conducting a national survey of laws regulating hydraulic fracturing.  She also interned with the Law Offices of F. Bryan Brice, Jr.  Ms. Kuhn received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2005.
