Anne Harvey joins the firm having recently relocated from Florida, where she practiced environmental law with Earthjustice and served as staff attorney and Acting Conservation and Advocacy Director for Save the Manatee Club. In her practice, Anne has represented a range of nonprofit community and conservation groups including the Sierra Club, St. Johns Riverkeeper, and the Florida Springs Council. In addition to matters involving state water quality and quantity issues, Anne has experience with a range of federal environmental statutes, including the Clean Water Act, the Clean Air Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, and the Endangered Species Act.
Anne is a South Carolina native and a graduate of the University of South Carolina Honors College (2007) and Georgetown Law (2010) and has her Master of Science degree in aquatic environmental sciences from Florida State University (2012). She is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the federal Eleventh Circuit and is awaiting admission to the North Carolina Bar.
